I may have said this already. Actually, I know I've said it somewhere, just not sure if it was here, Facebook, or somewhere else. This year I'm not going to be so concerned with getting those "perfect" pictures. Of course, most of you know I'm not a fan of the posed pictures anyway. But I'm not going to worry about whether it's good enough to get it enlarged or make a canvas out of it. I just want pictures of my kids being kids! This doesn't mean I won't tell my kids one day, "Hey, put these clothes on. I want some pictures!" Last year I decided I wanted to get more pictures actually printed. I did pretty good with that, but now I need to actually make some albums!
Yesterday my dad came to visit us. When he got ready to leave, he asked if any of the kids wanted to go home with him. At first, it was just Si. Then Mere decided she wanted to go, too. If Amelia really knew what was going on, she'd have probably wanted to go. but we just had some "Millie and me" time!
I promise that purple mark is not a bruise. She just decided to write all over herself with a purple marker!
Today we spent the day at my parents'. Got to love winter in Louisiana! It was a beautiful day so we spent most of it outside!
